Returns, Refunds and all the important bits

Change of Mind

Sometimes it’s just not quite right – that happens.  We really wish for you to enjoy and love your selected item.  Maybe the colour isn't quite right or another item is just more inline with your feng shui. We are more than happy to offer the below options.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Returns are accepted (on relevant full Priced items) within 14 days of your order being received.  

  • Any items bought whilst on a Promotion or Markdown is eligible for a store credit or exchange only.  

  • Any items bought during a Clearance Sale can not be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
  • The $10 cost of return shipping fee (whether for exchange or refund or return for store credit) would be deducted from your total.

  • All Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • We can’t accept returns on earrings or worn/washed garments due to hygiene and quality reasons.
  • For large items like rugs, cushions, or wall hangings, return shipping costs may vary – reach out to us for a quote.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days once we have received your return.  However it just might take a few extra days to be received into your account.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your return confirmation number or order number clearly on the front of the package.  Or on a piece of paper inside the package, attached to the top of the returned item so it is clearly visible.

Please note: should your Return arrive in a condition that does not meet our Returns Policy, we shall be required to reject your Return and we will be in touch if this is the case.

Gift Returns

Received an Atelier 75 gift and want something different?

  • With a gift receipt: we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

  • If the exchange is lower in value, we’ll issue a credit for the difference.

  • If higher, the extra will need to be paid at checkout.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.

Gifts can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Just email us at [insert email].

Sale & Promo Periods

During sale times (like Black Friday or seasonal sales):

  • No refunds — we’ll issue a store credit for eligible returns (minus the $10 return shipping fee).

  • Store credit will reflect the amount paid (minus the $10 return shipping fee).

  • Items that have been further discounted or marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

All sales are final during clearance events unless your item is faulty.

Faulty Items

Quality matters to us. If something’s not quite right:

  • Email us at hello@atelier75.com.au with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue

  • If the fault is minor, we may arrange a repair or offer store credit

  • If we can’t repair or replace it, we’ll organise a full refund

  • We follow ACCC guidelines on faults and repairs.

Warranty

All Atelier 75 products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
To lodge a warranty claim, email us with proof of purchase and photos of the fault.
Warranty applies to purchases made directly through our store.

How to Return

Clearly include your return confirmation number on the outside of your parcel or inside with your items.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
If you’ve had a change of heart, simply wait for your parcel and process a return following the above steps.
