Dispatch Times
We pack and ship from our Sydney studio Monday to Friday, and aim to pack your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed before 8am usually head out the same day.
Please allow a little extra time during busy periods like launches or sales.
Shipping Rates – Within Australia
- Free shipping for orders over $150.
- At this time, we're offering a flat rate of $10 for Standard Shipping.
- For any exceptionally heavy or bulky items, the final delivery rate for your order will be calculated at the checkout and will be clearly marked for your approval.
- In this case, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery details are correct.
Please note that once shipped, delivery time is beyond our control and in the hands of Australia Post. Delivery ETA's provided above is an indication only and also depends on which state you reside in.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
If you’ve had a change of heart, simply wait for your parcel and process a return following the above steps.
Damaged parcel received
Whilst packing, we take great care in packaging your gorgeous goodies safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post, we can not accept responsibility.
All complaints would have to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
